Q: How long will it take my stickers to arrive?
A: Please allow two weeks. If we have the sticker in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible once we get your order, which means it could leave our shop that day, or it could be a few days when it leaves. After that, it's just a matter of delivery time and tracking the parcel via delivery methods. If it is a sticker that has been sold out, it may take up to two weeks.
Q: Where are your stickers made?
A: In the USA.
Q: Where are the best places to put the stickers?
A: They work best on a flat, smooth, clean surface. You can put them on glass, mirrors, ceramic tile, finished wood, plastic, metal, painted surfaces, glossy walls, flat walls, appliances, metal or plastic garage doors, etc.
Q: My sticker isn't sticking well. What could be the problem?
A: Try to stick and remove your sticker at temperatures above 45 degrees farenheit. Make sure the edges are stuck all the way down. It might be a good idea to save the backing sheet, particularly if you wish to use the sticker again. Wax paper will also work if you misplace your backing sheet. Try to press bubbles out of the sticker if possible.
Q: Is there a time limit on these stickers?
A: If you want to remove the sticker, they come off easiest in the first 3-5 years.
Q: What if the back of the sticker gets dirty?
A: That means it's time to order a new sticker!
Q: Will the sticker fade?
A: Unlikely. So far ours have not faded, and our supplier has not found a point at which they begin to fade.
Q: Is there anything I can't put these stickers on?
A: Paper, Fabric, Fuzzy Stuff, Unfinished Wood, or Porous Surfaces. Also, some very thin plastic films may cause them to leave behind their glue. It can be easily removed with rubbing alcohol or acetone.
Q: What if they just won't come off?
A: Due to the unpredictability of climate changes and chemical composition of surface materials, we cannot guarantee 100% removability from any and all surfaces. However, the unique materials and processes we use have been extensively proven to offer extreme durability and removability from all known non-porous surfaces.
